Artie Dixson’s drumming has long been a mainstay of the Tri-State music scene. He performs and records with a wide spectrum of talent, including pop icons Michael Bolton and Janis Ian, and jazz greats Larry Coryell, Jon Faddis, Randy Brecker, Joe Beck, and Bill Evans. He recently toured with Ahmad Jamal in Europe and America. The tour included a Carnegie Hall performance. Artie has also performed at The Gutherie Theater in Illinois, The Saratoga Performing Arts Center in New York, and The Merriweather Post Pavilion in Maryland.
